Mark Bridge

Mark has been in tree care since 1990. In 1997 he gained the certificate as a federally recognised arborist. From early days he concerned himself with questions of the way work in trees was managed how it could be carried out more safely and ergonomically. In addition to the practical, hands-on work of an arborist, he has been a co-owner of Baumklettern Schweiz GmbH for over twenty years and as a speaker in the course for tree care specialists for the subjects of occupational safety and material science, also in training. As a third mainstay, Mark is co-owner of Treemagineers Ltd., a company that carries out product development in the field of rope-climbing technology. In addition to numerous publications in specialist journals, Mark has lectured and held workshops on numerous occasions on the subject of rope-climbing technology and occupational safety in Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Spain, UK, Ireland, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, the Netherlands, Belgium, New Zealand and Australia , Japan, Canada and the USA.

Mark received the 2015 Millard F. Blair Award for outstanding contributions to practical arboriculture from ISA, the International Society of Arboriculture.

Rémi Galisot

After his bachelor's degree, Rémi completed a college degree in horticulture. With a CSTSA, a course specifically for tree care, he then began to specialize. In 2018 he completed the tree care course at the CF Châteaufarine in Besançon.

He has been with Ninja Baumpflege since 2022, his first job in a company that specializes exclusively in tree care. The motivation for taking this step, says Rémi, was primarily that he wanted to pursue his passion for working on trees and deepen his knowledge of trees and the techniques used to cultivate them.

Monta Lešče

Monta Lešče trained as an arborist at Bulduru dārzkopības vidusskola (Bulduri Horticultural School) in 2020 and graduated in August 2021. After working as an arborist in Latvia, she decided to travel to further improve her skills. This led her to relocate to Switzerland. She is interested in gaining a deeper understanding of how to professionally care for trees and the tools and techniques needed to do so.

Monta says that in her experience, the foundation for excellence is being surrounded by a team you trust - and she found that at Ninja Tree Care.

Simon Meyer

Simon is a trained organic farmer and wilderness educator and previously worked at Bergwaldprojekt e.V. as a group leader and as a mechanic in the bicycle industry. Since 2023 he is part of the Ninja team and brings his knowledge about ecological contexts into the work. Furthermore, he takes care of the company's own Cargobike fleet.

Simon is convinced that respectful treatment of nature in urban spaces and sensible spatial management are essential for a healthy urban climate.

We would be happy to offer you our advice regarding your trees.
